Terri Stewart shares a vision for SYNCRONYS and its plans for work in areas such as social service resource management, social determinants of health (SDOH), Patient Centered Data Home (PCDH), prenatal care needs identification, and the HIE’s pursuit of Data Aggregator Validation (DAV) certification.
